To access shuffle using port-forwarding:

1. Run `kubectl port-forward -n {{ .Release.Namespace }} svc/{{ include "shuffle.frontend.name" . }} 8080:http`
2. Visit http://localhost:8080 with your browser
3. Create the administrator account, if not already done
